Bocha Tea Lounge is within walking distance from CSU Fullerton
campus. Since our target customers are young students, it is easy to access for
students before and after class. Inside of the store will be made for students
to study or relax after classes. The tenant is located in the first floor of an
apartment complex, so we will have residents as our customers also. The seat
will be made for individual study section and group meeting section, so
students can hangout or study as they enjoy our boba drinks. Also, there is a
free Wi-Fi.
This should be the perfect location for your market. I would definitely go there often for drinks, food, and to study.

DeleteBy offering free wireless internet access, it will bring more customers in the door. I think Bocha is nice place where students can enjoy boba drinks, get free Wi-Fi connection and study. :)

ReplyDeleteI think your competitor should be mainland china club members. They usually sell boba milk tea as a fund raising activities in long semester. Their milk tea only charge $2 for a regular size. So be careful with your pricing and quality.

DeleteAny Boba house near CSUF will do awesome! And by offering free Wi-Fi, you will be attracting not only individuals, but also students who want to work on group projects. You should think about having extended hours for finals week!
